All products purchased at "Made in America Productions Store" may be returned for a refund or exchange, within 15 days of the date you received the item minus the cost of shipping. If an exchange is being made due to an error by "Made in America Productions Store", we will pay the shipping cost of re-sending the package. If an exchange is being made for other reasons, "Made in America Productions Store" will charge the customer for additional shipping costs. Merchandise must be unopened and in its original box or package. If the merchandise is opened but defective, the defective merchandise will be replaced by an identical item, upon the return of the defective item to us. "Made in America Productions Store" will not accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty and/or customs fees or packages that come ‘Postage Due’. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All orders are processed within three to seven business days. Shipping times are approximate and are in addition to processing times. Standard Shipping within Europe takes about one to two weeks and for the rest of the world two to eight weeks.
